“ Tracy was responsive, professional and flexible in taking my order for 5 dozen of seven different cookies, yes, 420 cookies! Cookies included chocolate chip, snickerdoodles, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter and chocolate crackles. She was knowledgeable and diligent in making sure all of the cookies were prepared, as requested, without milk products. She also emailed me the ingredient list for all of the cookies and sourced a diary free recipe for Lemon Madeline cookies. The cookies were all great and ready as arranged. She double wrapped the boxed to ensure freshness. We had a cookie table for my daughters wedding and when I needed to pick up earlier than anticipated, on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, Tracy was so very nicely accommodating!
